In 2019 our company faced the task of equipping and setting up a business office ” Nova Posta Center» which is located at 103 Stolichnoe highway, in Kiev.
TECHNICAL TASK:
Set up an office building with an area of about 600 square meters, type of room open-space;
The concept of the office is the free movement of workplaces of employees depending on the current need;
Separately equip a video conferencing room and a presentation room;
Visual image system with a direct projection screen with an electric drive and a multimedia projector;
Tuning the sound system for even distribution of sound in the space of the hall and switching systems;
Provide a presentation video unit for easy viewing that allows you to connect wirelessly to your tablet or phone.
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION:
Installation and commissioning of electrical systems, as well as video conferencing systems and video presentations;
The video conferencing room is equipped with a video wall made up of 3×3 video panels with full 4K resolution. The camcorder automatically tracks the position and focuses on who is talking;
The presentation room is equipped with a projector and a motorized screen; in addition, if necessary, the image from the projector is duplicated onto two freely movable TVs; all equipment is built on 4K receiving and switching signals using 4-channel matrices with a 4K signal resolution;
Outlet blocks are located on the ceiling in the open-space room and are driven by an engine, each of which can lower to the workplace or rise again to the ceiling, depending on the need;
The premises have an integrated audio system, controlled via wireless protocols from mobile devices.
