During 2019, our company developed and completed turnkey works on electrical, information and engineering systems in a suburban residence in the cottage town of Riviera Villas, located at village Lebedevka, Kiev region.
TECHNICAL TASK:
Arrange a residential building;
Set up a guest house;
Separate garage for 5 places;
To realize premises for a comfortable and safe residence of the owners of the house and a separate house for their guests;
Create security and fire alarm systems;
Arrange video surveillance throughout the residence.
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION:
An automatic system for external power supply was developed and introduced that connects 4 power sources: two power inputs, a roofed SES 30 kW and a gas electric generator 40 kW;
The HVAC system is based on two geothermal heat pumps, duplicated by gas boilers as backup sources;
Both houses are controlled by the Smart Home system based on the EIB / KNX bus;
The project of a full-fledged modern cinema with 8 seats was developed and implemented.
